As a Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting our tax & payroll activities that comply with regional laws and promote our company’s financial well-being.

**Your Day-to-Day**
- Properly perform the preparation of Journal Entries for Payroll Accounting and Reconciliations for the entities/business units in Spain, Netherlands, and UK to ensure accurate reporting in accordance with Company's Policies.
- Prepare, review and approve payroll for all countries.
- Oversee payroll transactions.
- Analyze compensation-related data such as bonuses.
- Understanding and creating policies and procedures to maintain effective internal controls.

Must-have_**
- CPA or Financial bachelor's degree.
- 2 years of demonstrated experience in Accounting. Good understanding on General Accounting Principles.
- Experience on Payroll and taxes is preferred.
- Familiarity with financial programs and software
- Excellent communication, attitude, and relationship skills.
- Strong Analytical skills
- Detailed Oriented
- Excellent time management.
- Adaptability
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office: Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Sharepoint
- Fluent English
