Follow regulatory standard practices to validate import/export transactional requirement, fulfilling regulatory requirements.
- Work with customs brokers, customs authorities, and other governmental agencies (sanitary, veterinary, phytosanitary, etc.)
- Review documents to meet legal, customs and fiscal requirements for import/export clearance.
- Work closely with internal business units to address risk and leverage customs opportunities.
- Support global trade operation with classifications, country of origin determinations, free trade agreement validations and other conditions required for compliant cross border trade.
- Support customers by providing consults and guidance to Regulatory Affairs on documentation and information.
- Supporting all Unit business members for regulatory updates/documentation needs.
- Work closely with internal technical center for the accomplishment of Regulatory issues and customers' requests.
Chemical company in full expansion|Export regulatory experience
- Background in Health Sciences (Chemistry, Pharmacy or similar)
- Previous experience as Regulatory Affairs in chemical industry
- Previous export regulatory experience
- Essential high level of English
