- **Summary**:

- **CHS has an exciting opportunity to join our EMEA Trade Execution team as a Container Export Execution Specialist, based in our Barcelona office.**
This role plays a key part in connecting our cooperative’s global operations with international markets, adding value for our producers, owners, customers, and stakeholders through precise and compliant export execution.
- **Responsibilities**:

- Execute container export shipments through the BSM system, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant documentation aligned with international regulations.
- Coordinate with government agencies (USDA, US Customs, FDA, etc.) and steamship lines to meet logístical and contractual requirements.
- Collaborate closely with merchandising, logistics, and accounting teams to ensure contracts are properly set up and executed.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with customers to ensure accurate and timely shipments, providing updates and ongoing support.
- Oversee customer contracts in designated trade regions, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate spreadsheets tracking various commodities and bookings.
- Promote a strong safety culture by identifying hazards and correcting or escalating unsafe conditions.

** Minimum Qualifications (required)**:

- Strong attention to detail and accountability.
- Ability to understand the financial impact of transactions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in logistics coordination and export documentation.
- Knowledge of contract processes and compliance tools.

- Ability to build cross-functional and international relationships.
- Experience using systems such as BSM.
- Familiarity with international trade and maritime transport regulations.
