**Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Architect & Senior Developer**

**What you will do**
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to automate and optimize marketing processes.
- Configure data import.
- Work with customers and platform data (SQL, views, Send Log).
- Write basic SQL, including join statements.
- Create dynamic, personalized marketing assets using various scripting languages. Ex. HTML, (ServerSide) Javascript, AMP-script.
- Build Marketing Cloud web experience, data forms, custom preference, subscription pages.
- Work through and resolve scenarios using REST and SOAP API.
- Perform Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administration activities.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track campaign effectiveness and sales performance.
- Provide technical expertise and best practice guidance on Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and integrations.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and to foster continuous improvement of code quality.
- Configure and set up data models (data extensions, shared data extensions, Contact model).
- Collaborate with team members to define, analyze, understand and document technical requirements.

**Who are we looking for**
- Bachelor’s degree from in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, required
- Significant experience in marketing, technology with at least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with and certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud APIs
- Experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions.
- Experience in practicing agile methodologies, including scrum and continuous integration environments
- Demonstrated ability to distil business requirements into solution architecture and system design across marketing and sales systems
- Strong knowledge of business modelling and process documentation
- Deep understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, data models, and common integration points with marketing systems
- Ability to lead and facilitate technical requirements gathering, and design sessions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
