Description Buscamos para incorporación en uno de nuestros clientes, "Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect" **Responsibilities**: 1. Solution Design and Architecture: - Lead the design and architecture of complex and personalized Marketing Cloud solutions to achieve clients' marketing objectives. - Work with Marketing Managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Marketing Cloud solutions. 2. Technical Expertise: - Develop custom solutions using Ampscript and HTML within Marketing Cloud to deliver targeted and engaging marketing campaigns. 3. Stakeholder Engagement: - Collaborate with Marketing Managers and business stakeholders to understand their marketing needs and align them with Marketing Cloud capabilities. - Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and vice versa. 4. Project Management: - Work closely with project teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements for successful Marketing Cloud implementations. - Identify and address potential risks and challenges that may impact project delivery. 5. Quality Assurance and Best Practices: - Ensure compliance with Marketing Cloud best practices, data security standards, and industry regulations. - Conduct thorough quality checks on marketing campaigns and assets to ensure accuracy and brand consistency. 6. Multi-Regional and Multi-Cultural Collaboration: - Collaborate effectively with teams across different regions and cultures, fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment. - Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work seamlessly with diverse team members. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise projects, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce projects, specifically in Marketing Cloud. - Certified in relevant Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification tracks. - Strong technical background in Marketing Cloud platform development, with expertise in Ampscript and HTML. - Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in English. - Experience working with multi-regional, multi-cultural teams, with an understanding of different work styles and cultural norms. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach. **¿Estado de la posición?** Full remote **Ubicación**: - Full-time remote - Máximo 1 vez/mes a oficinas costeado por la empresa
