In a multicultural context, you will pursue your professional career in the recruitment field building up your own business unit by setting up your own Client Portfolio. As a true Leader Coach, you will create a Team of Recruitment Consultants and bring them to success within a fun & Start-up environment. Together with your Manager, you will innovate and test new managerial and delivery methods with a focus on rising up the quality of Blu Selection service and ensuring our competitivity.

Tasks

Your responsibilities and impact as a Recruitment Business Unit Manager will be:
From your first responsibility, you will be building up your client portfolio:

- Ensuring a Business Development
- Setting up your business development plan and action plan
- Presenting our services and solutions to potential clients
- Negotiating terms of business with new clients
- Closing the contract term and establishing new partnerships
- Ensuring a qualitative Account Management
- Developing and maintaining a good and close relationship with your clients with regular contacts
- Defining the recruitment needs of your clients
- Leading the handover from Leads to Active Client

Your role will step by step evolve also to people management responsibilities with:

- Management of your team members:

- Day-to-day delivery success,
- KPIs follow-up,
- Target setting and feedback management
- Career development,
- Training & onboarding delivery,
- Forecast, search, and recruitment of recruitment consultants/ trainees for your hub
- Administration of your direct reports (paperwork, commission tracking, holidays, etc.)
- Lead by example: as a team leader, you will always be expected to hold/support a certain amount of recruitment activities
- Strong partnership and mutual support with other Blu Manager

You will be a true actor in Blu Management and Organizational Strategy:

- Take on operational management responsibilities within the company
- Participate in the strategy and further development of the company
- Identify areas of change/improvements and drive changes
- Analysis, budgeting, forecasting, monitoring, and planning
- Make Blu Selection one of the Key Actor of the European Market
- Initiation/Participation in Ad-hoc Blu and Team Projects
- Other Team Lead and Management back-up
- Make Blu Selection one of the Key Actor of the European Market

You will work within a really dynamic environment; your flexibility and adaptability will be your key to success. Your team is composed of expats living a good life balance in Barcelona.

**Requirements**:
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

- Speaking a native level of a European Language on top of English
- Speaking a proficient level of English
- Having previous significative experience in Business Development of 2 years minimum
- Having experience in recruitment
- Being creative, adaptable, and proactive
- Being a Team player
- Getting excited about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle
