**About the Role**:
As a CBRE Investment Advisory Consultant, you will prepare, recommend, and implement portfolio-wide transaction strategies for small to medium-sized clients.
This job is part of the Investment - Capital Markets job function. They are responsible for providing independent strategic advised and direct implementation for real asset investors and developers.
**What You´ll do**:
**I**nvestment analysis and advisory**:Draft and create a large variety of reports and relevant documents. This includes project initiation, market comparable reports, RFPs, etc.
**Provide high-level advisory** on investments and divestments, developing strategic relationships with key clients and investors, while overseeing and optimizing team performance to deliver innovative, value-added solutions in a highly competitive environment
**Strategic relationship development**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, developers, and other key stakeholders in the sector. Act as the main point of contact for strategic clients and represent them in high-level meetings.
**Process and strategy optimization**: Continuously evaluate and improve work methodologies and internal processes to ensure efficiency and quality in project delivery. Contribute innovative ideas to enhance team performance and the company’s competitive position.
**Market and opportunity analysis** to identify trends and opportunities. Implement basic real estate plans with an understanding of the client´s strategic real estate goals.
**What You´ll Need**:
Bachelor´s Degree focus on Economics, ADE.
Preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Excel, PPT.
Organizational skills with and advanced inquisitive mindset.
