Qué implica esta posición
- Living Land Director Spain

You will have and take care of relations mostly with developers, but aldo institutional investors and private wealth, with a special focus in land, mostly reseidential.
You will be an important point of reference of a multidisciplinary team with a strong analytical component and a deep real estate knowledge, generous and with a strong teamwork spirit.
You will originate and lead diverse land transactions, working very closely with the living teams in all the transactions where there is land involved.
You will have the opportunity to be an important part developing the growth within the area of all the segments within Living, most of which are in current growth, professionalization, and consolidation.
You will understand the different dynamics across all Living sectors, as well as market understanding and main players.
