What You’ll Be Doing
Partner Development & Strategy
- Identify, develop, and activate strategic partners across the DACH region.
- Assess the value of partnerships and create business cases demonstrating revenue potential and strategic fit.
- Build long-term relationships with partners based on trust and mutual success.

Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure partner success.
- Capture partner insights to inform product development and go-to-market strategy.

Drive Long-term Impact
- Lay the foundation for growth and monetization within the DACH partner ecosystem.
- Continuously optimize processes and programs to maximize partner success and adoption.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You
- Are fluent in German and proficient in English.
- Have a builder or entrepreneurial mindset, passionate about creating new partnerships.
- Can identify strategic opportunities and leverage them for growth.
- Excel at building long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Are goal-oriented, focused on creating measurable impact within the first year.
