**Mission**:
Provide support to the R&D Department

**Your responsibilities**:

- Keep the agenda (coordination of internal and external meetings, etc.)
- Organize the agenda and coordinate trips, bills and vacations.
- Update and maintain the contents of the internal websites,
- Organize and coordinate meetings and other Fluidra events and draw up the meeting calendar.
- Give support to the R&D Department in general
- Manage the R&D Director's agenda, and postal and electronic mail from the Management.
- Give telephone attention, mailings and other massive shipments.
- Perform administrative tasks, claim-monitoring of issues, preparation of rooms.
- Prepare information required for Councils, Board meetings, etc
- Keep the physical and electronic file of documents.
- Update the database.

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following**:

- University Diploma or Higher Training in Secretarial
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- High degree of authonomy
