We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist with international experience to support our growing European team (55+ employees).
The role is based in **Barcelona.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Performance Management: Implement and monitor performance systems; support evaluations.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate programs.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to Spanish employment laws and maintain HR records.
- Payroll & Benefits: Liaise with payroll and assist with benefits inquiries.
- HR Analytics: Prepare and analyze HR metrics.
**Qualifications**:
- Education: Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR, preferably as an HR Generalist in Spain.
- Skills: Strong HR knowledge, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluent Spanish, native level preferred.
- Fluency of English.
