**HR Manager (Barcelona)**
**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We have an exciting position available for a full-time HR Manager to be based at Barcelona, Spain. The HR Manager provides HR service to the two Barcelona Omnicom Health Group (OHG) agencies. The HR Manager reports daily to the Managing Director of OHG Spain and to the VP HR Europe of OHG based in London.
The Human Resources Manager (HRM) will partner with employees and departmental management to deliver pro-active HR solutions meeting business needs, while fostering a climate of trust and commitment. They will work on HR projects and initiatives aligned to agency business objectives and OHG HR strategic goals. These projects include engagement, retention, talent management, learning and development and employee programs such as career development, inclusion & diversity, wellbeing, etc.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- **HR advice & policy**:
- provide accurate HR advice to employees and managers based on Spanish employment law and best HR practice.
- **Onboarding - **ensure a smooth onboarding and orientation experience for new hires. Guide and coach hiring managers on best onboarding practices.
- **Talent Management **- support managers and employees during the annual goal setting activity and quarterly career conversations. Partner with managers on career development and growth initiatives, including succession planning and talent retention.
- **Learning & Development (L&D) - **work closely with employees and management to define learning strategies and programs. Partner with the OHG L&D team, based in the US, to support the delivery of learning and development activities.
**Required Skills and Experience**
- Business Management, HR or other related studies or experience
- At least 5 years of HR Business Partner/HR manager experience
- HR experience in an international company
- Fluent in Spanish and English, spoken and written
