**TECHNICAL SUPPORT (COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENT) GRADUATE EXPERT PROGRAM**

Some of the tasks you will be responsible for are:

- Technical support to customer complaints and inquiries.
- Manage Customers specifications.
- Reporting quality and performance KPIs
- Communicate with internal and external customers to gather details and coordinate solutions
- Collaborate with the development of new products
- Quality product follow-up

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
- Mandatory: Engineering (Industrial, Chemical.)
- It will be valued: Geographycal mobility, client orientation and ability to multi-task and work through problems independently.
- Language Skills: Mandatory: English C1 Optional: French and any other languages will be a plus.
