**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**

Responsible for the New QEHS platform Implementation.

To work with end-users of the system, the rest of the project team and the system supplier and the consultancy provider to ensure that the system implementation serves properly all businesses and geographical areas, That system fit Saica’s needs, and that fits with the system standard to be easily maintained in future.

**Tasks**:

- Define System architecture.
- Define System integrations.
- Control System reliability.
- Control System performance.
- Link between End users, IT, System supplier, consultancy in technical area and issues.
- Keep system integrity. Avoid particular solutions for any cases.
- Help to define H&S Process workflows according with the tool.
- Help to the users to find the appropriate procedure in the system. Knowing the system capabilities can look for the best way to do any procedure.
- Help to standardize processes through the businesses and the geographical areas.
- Help to define HSE roles (profiles) within the tool aligned with Workday personnel structure.
- Control end users and role security.
- Ensure alignment of data/codes/definitions with other tool (Sap, Maximo, Workday) and assure the interfaces.
- Collaborate in the set-up (settings, questionnaires, translations, menu tables, etc.).
- Support timely competition of all tasks.
- Raise technical concerns and risks where needed.
- Attend weekly status meetings, where the process (first) and the configuration (later).
- Collaborate in test case creation and validate testing.
- Collaborate in learning plan and make recommendations.

**PERSONAL PROFILE**
- Academic qualifications:
Mandatory: Engineering, Mathematical Engineering and Computer Science, Degree in Data Science and Engineering, Computer Engineer, Industrial, STEM Degree.

Language Skills: English & Spanish: Highly.

French: Highly valuable. Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Turkish, Polish, German: Valuable
- Proffesional experience:
Mandatory: 4 years as Tool Responsable.

Highly valuable: experience in software implementation, experience defining processes and procedures as system responsable, knowledge and experience in other system as SaaS administrator.

Valuable: Q.S.E. knowledge/training.
