At NTT DATA we are currently looking for a Network Specialist to join our International Organisations team, and support critical infrastructure projects for international clients. This role involves the design, deployment, and operation of advanced network solutions with a focus on Cisco ACI, Checkpoint, Fortinet, and F5 technologies The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in network engineering, troubleshooting, and automation , with proven ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. Responsibilities : - Design, install and configure network solutions (e.g. switches, firewalls, routers, load balancers, SDN solutions, VPNs, etc), primarily working on Cisco ACI and Checkpoint/Fortinet/F5 solutions. - Implement network maintenance routines and schedules, including upgrades and end-of-life replacements. - Implement and operate orchestration/automation tooling to maintain and extend network solutions. - Implement and operate network management, reporting and monitoring tooling. - Troubleshoot, diagnose and solve network issues. - Implement network backup, restore, performance tuning and analysis. - Produce and maintain network technical documentation and operational procedures. - Protecting data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measures. Requirements : - Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of interest. - A minimum of 5 years’ experience on the networking field. - Network related certification which could include: Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) and/or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), and other vendor certifications. - Solid understanding of network infrastructure hardware and software components. - A network SME with extensive detailed design expertise. - Familiar with ITIL-based environments. - Strong analytical skills on the investigation, diagnosis and resolution of network issues. - Experience working in a fast-paced environment, by collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams. EU security clearance eligible. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in any other European language is a plus. Availability to travel Why NTT DATA?
