Join the Forvis Mazars adventure and become part of our team as Global Payroll Assistant (start date January 5th 2026). Your mission Support payroll processing in our payroll system under supervision of global payroll specialists Accurately enter data and process salary changes into payroll system Assist in verifying payroll calculations and reports to ensure accuracy Prepare payment files and accounting documents following established procedures Support communication with clients, tax authorities, social insurance institutions, and pension funds Handle basic HR administrative tasks for various clients under guidance Learn and apply global payroll processes and best practices Participate in payroll process improvement initiative.
