Job Title: Customer Operations Executive – Southern Europe Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid) Contract Type: Permanent Compensation: up to €45k Languages Required: Spanish/Portuguese/Italian, plus English About the Company We’re working with a next-generation cleantech scale-up that’s revolutionising electric vehicle charging. Backed by leading automotive players and recently named Fast Track Company of the Year , this company is setting the standard for sustainable mobility solutions across Europe. About the Role As a Customer Operations Executive , you’ll play a critical role across the full customer journey – from first contact through installation and aftercare. You’ll provide technical product support, guide customers through EV charger installations, and support the sales team with lead and CRM management. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll collaborate closely with technical, sales, and partner teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality customer experience across Southern European markets. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for EV charging products to customers and installation partners Troubleshoot product and installation issues, collaborating with engineering teams when required Guide customers through the EV charger installation process and monitor installer performance Manage and assign installation partners based on surveys, availability, and capacity Support the sales team by tracking, updating, and qualifying leads in CRM systems Create and improve documentation to streamline customer support and reduce inbound queries What We’re Looking For Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese and Italian , with professional proficiency in English 2+ years’ experience in a customer operations, support, or technical support role Experience working with CRM and support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable solving complex, technical problems Experience or strong interest in the EV charging, energy, or cleantech sector is a strong advantage Work Environment You’ll be based in Barcelona , working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
