Your Contribution: Drive Growth in the UK Region As a Senior Account Executive, you will be instrumental in expanding our presence across the UK region. You will work closely with Alex, Founder of Fleet and Peter, Managing Director, on: Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth in the UK, focusing on medium to large enterprise accounts. Revenue Generation: Take ownership of your sales targets and contribute significantly to the region's revenue goals through new business acquisition and account expansion. Customer Success: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention rates. Market Intelligence: Provide valuable insights about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to help shape our product and service offerings. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with our product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and successful implementations. From other Fleet associates, we learned that the following profiles get the most out of the position: You are a proven sales professional with a track record of exceeding targets and building strong client relationships. You have 3+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS, hardware-as-a-service, or related technology services. You bring experience in solution selling and have a consultative approach to understanding and addressing customer needs. You are comfortable with complex sales cycles and can navigate multiple stakeholders within large organizations. You are data-driven and analytical in your approach to sales strategy and execution. Full professional proficiency in English. You thrive in fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly to changing market conditions. Your Chance At Fleet, we create win-win situations.
