A vacancy is available for an immediate start for a bilingual (English & Spanish) Accounts / Bookkeeper in Marbella for a high-end design company. The successful applicant will speak English and Spanish fluently, have a minimum of 3 years of accounting experience and be able to use ERP software.

**Responsibilities**:
Accounting:

- Maintaining complete, accurate and up to date accounting records
- Managing all ledger relating to client orders, products and price offer.
- Preparing cash flow statements
- Preparation of Balance Sheet
- Liaising with external advisers for preparation of tax declarations (IVA, Income Tax, IRPF withholdings) and issuing financial statements.
- Inventory control and follow-up
- Liaising with external advisers for the preparation of payrolls
- Execution of payments
- Liaising with Banks

Administration:

- Follow up of Admin, HR and legal matters
- Office administration and Showroom supervision
- Review and edition of contracts
- Liaising with the IT department

Orders:

- Preparing and issuing orders to the main partner-suppliers
- Reviewing the planning of orders
- Logistics

This position is office-based working from 9-6 pm Monday to Friday and will be on a contracted basis. An excellent working environment with a basic salary of €1500 net depending on experience. Please send your CV with a recent photo if you meet the above requirements.
