**Accounts & Financial Controller (Marbella)**

A vacancy is available for an immediate start for a bilingual (English & Spanish) Accounts & Financial Controller in Marbella for a high-growth design company. The successful applicant will be an academically qualified Accountant, speak English and Spanish fluently, have a minimum of 5 years of mid to senior accounting experience and be highly computer literate.

**Responsibilities**

Accounting:

- Maintaining complete, accurate and up-to-date accounting records
- Managing all accounting ledgers
- Preparing Cash Flow statements
- Preparation of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statements
- Experience using financial analytics for Management Reports
- Liaising with external advisers for preparation of tax declarations (IVA, Income Tax, IRPF, and issuing financial statements.
- Inventory control
- Liaising with external advisers for the preparation of payrolls
- Execution of payments
- Liaising with Banks

Administration:

- Follow up on Admin, HR and legal matters
- Review and editing of contracts
- Liaising with the IT department

Orders:

- Preparing and issuing orders to the main partner-suppliers
- Reviewing the planning of orders
- Logistics

This position is office-based, working from 9:30-6:30 pm Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch, and will be on a contracted basis. An excellent working environment with a basic salary of €2,500 to €3,000 depending on experience. Please send your CV with a recent photo if you meet the above requirements.
