**Job Purpose**:An exciting opportunity for a Corporate Lawyer who will be dealing with national and international health science regulations. This person will be working side by side with and reporting to our Corporate Functions Manager.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Advising on conditions and execution of import or export procedures; tariffs, necessary documentation and trade barriers
- Legal assistance and legal advice in the national / international business process
- Drafting and reviewing national and international contracts
- National and international arbitration and coordination with local law firms to deal with legal actions
- Intellectual / industrial property in its national / international aspect
- Application for national / international trademarks and designs
- Monitoring and searching for similar brands and designs to identify copyright infringement
- Studying the tax implications in national / international operations
- Controlling and monitoring labor law conditions in coordination with local offices
- Monitoring and supervising data protection policies
- Areas of expertise of a labour lawyer
- Collective bargaining
- Out-of-court negotiations
- Strategic advice and management in the field of company restructuring

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Demonstrated experience as a corporate lawyer of 7-10 years
- Extensive legal knowledge (corporate and commercial law, litigation, data protection, intellectual property and international trade)
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
- Great capacity for leadership, dynamic with high technical competence.
- Organized, committed, responsible and flexible with a great capacity for analysis and problem solving
- A can-do and positive attitude
- Previous experience in dealing with import and export regulations and laws
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proactive with innovative ideas

**Salary**: 40.000 - 47.000€ Gross Salary

**Salary**: 45,000.00€ - 55,000.00€ per year
