We are looking for you We want you to join #EcijaTeam as a lawyer in the Corporate department at our Madrid office. Requirements: At least 6 years of professional experience, acquired in a law firm or corporate legal department. Proven experience in corporate transactions (mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings and company formations) and real estate transactions (sales, leases, developments and project financing). Have participated in due diligence processes in corporate and real estate matters, as well as in the drafting, review and negotiation of commercial contracts and agreements between partners. Direct management of client relationships and support in business development initiatives. Proficiency in commercial and real estate law. High level of spoken and written English (C1/C2). Writing and negotiation skills in Spanish and English. Proactive, customer-oriented profile with teamwork skills. We are ECIJA, a different kind of law firm.
