**Job Description**:
As a Technical Cloud Migration Consultant, you are responsible for the successful technical upgrade and migration of our clients from their on-premises Unit4 solutions to our Unit4 SaaS solutions. You will be part of the Cloud Migration Team in Unit4’s Customer Success division. This ambitious team is rapidly growing to deliver the best SaaS transition experience for its existing customers. You will be a key player in the build-up of this strategic initiative to get our customers from on-premises solutions and old versions into Unit4 Cloud. We want our customers to reap the full value of our innovative solutions Unit4 is bringing to market.

As a member of the Cloud Migration Team you will:

- Be the technical lead on our engagements with our customers
- Collaborate with our global customers project teams to upgrade and migrate their solution to Unit4 SaaS with an ambition on qualitative and timely delivery
- Create cloud migration strategies and creating migration plans
- Advise and assist clients on how they can gain more insight in their data and processes to optimize their business by using our integration, extension and reporting tools.
- Provide effective training to users and support them in using our solutions
- Use troubleshooting skills and work closely with operations, support, engineering and/or other functions to ensure successful cloud migrations
- Ensure proper documentation and prepare guidelines to maintain the solution on an ongoing basis.
- Advise Unit4 stakeholders on product or service requirements, or ideas to drive innovation.
- Stay ahead, abreast of new functionality within the technical streams of the Unit4 solutions and maintain an up-to date knowledge of statutory requirements within your area of expertise
- Support, develop, and enhance Cloud Migration Team tools to further automate our processes.
- Support, develop, and enhance Cloud Migration Team services and scope to provide added value to our customers.
- Mentor colleagues and participate in extending the team’s overall knowledge/skills

Cloud Migration Team is strong and close team built on diverse, experienced, and driven individuals that work with and for each other in the pursuit of customer success. Together, we invest in long-term customer relations. We work together with local market-oriented teams that serve (local) government, not for profit and professional services organizations.

**Qualifications**:

- ICT related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar customer facing role
- Experience in upgrading and installing Unit4 ERP and/or Unit4 Financials
- Experience in Unit4 People Platform and knowledge of helping customers setup their IdP and troubleshoot SSO issues
- Experience in SQL, Oracle database, Power Bi, Azure Devops, Paginated reports, Power Automate, Power Apps, Databricks and Datalake.
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of or being able to articulate on integrations (API's, XML/Json, SOAP, REST, extensions) and low code/no code solutions
- You have the skill to analyze and translate the customer requirements towards the proper technical solutions
- You love technology and you are driven to find the best possible solutions for our customers
- You work independent and in an effective way
- You are business and customer oriented
- You are a team player
- Knowledge of AS400 IBM ISeries is a nice to have
- We have clients all over Europe, which makes fluency in an additional language either Dutch, German, Swedish and/or French important and therefor having one or more of these additional language skills would be a plus.
