The **Data Migration Support Entry Level** is responsible for supporting Data Migration Lead on Payroll implementation project following Alight’s Data Migration Strategy. Collaborates with Data Migration Lead and the client during the Data Migration stages to effectively close the activities successfully, meeting the KPI’s and the Quality Threshold agreed with the client and in line with the Alight’s way of working.

**Responsibilities** **Implementation Phase**
- Support Data Migration lead internal team;
- Perform Data Migration loads for Testing phases of a project as required;
- Support Data Migration Lead with planning Data Migration activities, report and raise issues proactively and escalate where required appropriately;
- Liaise with client to ensure data issues are resolved (and pro-actively maintained in an action tracker);
- Make Data Migration cycles successful being proactive, support global and local Data Migration with the customer;
- Track that Global Technology errors are resolved;
- Support managing data validation/reconciliation or instruct others to do so;
- Support pre-test (subset of SIT fill dataset) and perform the data loads in hrX Exchange where required;
- Alight Offering: Complete data transformation and fill in the DM workbook/template on behalf of client when a CR is agreed.

**Qualifications**:

- Is a Team player;
- Willing to learn HR Data Migration Processes;
- Can work on multiple projects simultaneously;
- Fast learner;
- Medium/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills;
- Good communication skills client and team oriented;
- High level of English is required, additional languages knowledge is considered a plus.
