The SAP PY Consultant has the overall accountability with respect the technical and functional AMS of the project. He or she should be able to apply best practices, country specific knowledge, and technical know-how to ensure that the solution fits the client’s requirements and specifications.The responsibilitiesThe PY Consultant is accountable to the quality and timeliness of the functional AMS side of the project he or she is assigned with.Ensure proficiency and quality in the configuration, use and deployment of OM/PA/PY/TM modules in the project currently assigned withProvide subject matter expertise to all technical and functional resources assigned in the projectAct as the primary escalation point for all maintenance issues related to functional maintenance.The requirementsSAP PY maintenance and configuration experience in PY modulesExtensive maintenance experience on SAP Belgian PY moduleUnderstanding of Belgian PayrollProven proficiency with SAP configuration and maintenancePossess consulting skills, including conducting business needs analysis and mastery of enterprise solutions designExceptional analytical capabilities and attention to detail while maintaining overall understanding of the big pictureProven ability to effectively respond to changing and conflicting prioritiesProven ability to thrive in an environment in which resources may be limited and timelines are shortKnowledge of Dutch and/or French is a bonusWe offer you a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.**DISCLAIMER:**Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities of this job to other entities; including but not limited to subsidiaries, partners, or purchasers of Strada business units..As pioneers in payroll, human capital and financial management solutions, we blend leading-edge technology with human ingenuity to keep you moving forward.
