**The role**

**The responsibilities**

The PY Consultant is accountable to the quality and timeliness of the functional AMS side of the project he or she is assigned with.
- Ensure proficiency and quality in the configuration, use and deployment of OM/PA/PY/TM modules in the project currently assigned with
- Act as the primary escalation point for all maintenance issues related to functional maintenance.

**The requirements**
- SAP PY maintenance and configuration experience in PY modules
- Extensive maintenance experience on SAP PY module of at least 1 nordic country (Danemark, Finland, Norway and/or Sweden)
- Understanding of least Danish, Finnish, Norwegian or Swedish Payroll
- Proven proficiency with SAP configuration and maintenance
- Possess consulting skills, including conducting business needs analysis and mastery of enterprise solutions design
- Exceptional analytical capabilities and attention to detail while maintaining overall understanding of the big picture
- Proven ability to effectively respond to changing and conflicting priorities
- Proven ability to thrive in an environment in which resources may be limited and timelines are short
- Knowledge of Danish, Finnish, Norwegian and/or Swedish is a bonus
