**Job Summary**:
At Mind the Bridge, we are dedicated to fostering innovation and bridging gaps between startups and corporations through our comprehensive MTB Ecosystem products and services. We believe in creating impactful connections that drive growth and innovation.

We are currently looking for a talented Product Manager with a strong UI/UX background to lead the development of our MTB Ecosystem platform. This is a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in a growing company where your efforts have direct impact.

**Qualifications**:
**Required**:

- Training in UI, UX, Design, or a related field.
- English language proficiency at a professional level.
- 2-3 years in Product Management
- Experience with using qualitative and quantitative metrics to make decisions.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work and success stories in UI/UX design.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of coding and ability to work closely with development teams.

**Preferred**:

- Previous PM role in a fast paced startup environment
- Experience with B2B platforms
- Spanish or Italian Language

**Key Job Responsibilities**:

- Be the ultimate user
- Lead the planning, strategic development, and management of the MTB Ecosystem platform.
- Design user interfaces and user experiences that are intuitive and engaging for a diverse range of users.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure the products meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and executive leadership, to define product visions and roadmaps.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept through execution and refinement.
- Monitor product performance metrics and continuously optimize the product.

**Your First Year in MTB**:

- You will lead the launch of significant new features tailored to enhance the MTB Ecosystem.
- Evaluate the impact of the changes introduced and refine strategies based on user feedback and data analysis.
- Establish yourself as a key member of the team influencing product strategy and innovation.
- Expand your role as needed to accommodate company growth and new opportunities.
