Our Regional Office now has an exciting opportunity for a **Commercial Finance Manager** to join our fantastic team. **This is a hybrid position, working a minimum of 2 days a week in the Barcelona Office.**

**About the role**
As Commercial Finance Manager, you will play an important role in managing the region’s financial performance, focusing on profitability, growth, cost contention and risk management.

Your primary responsibilities include:
1.) FP&A (Budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and profitability analysis).
2.) Bridging the gap between Finance and Business Operations (collaborating with the schools’ Business Managers, the SCP Business Controlling Manager, and the SCP Finance Manager).
3.) Identify and/or assess business opportunities and ensure that business initiatives are financially viable and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
4.) Project Management support for expansion projects, acquisitions and post-merger integrations.

**Who we are looking for**:
To be considered for this role you will have multiple years' experience in a similar role, experience in budgeting and forecasting with the ability to develop long-term financial plans and strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving profitability. We would also expect excellent command of English and Spanish and strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
