Senior Commercial Finance Analyst Location: Barcelona (European scope) Type: Full-time (Permanent or FTC) The Role Join us as a critical finance leader reporting to the CFO Europe. You will own end-to-end FP&A and commercial finance across Spain, France, Finland, Germany, and Italy. Your mission is to drive profitable growth through analytical rigour, standardised reporting, and hands-on support for pricing and bid economics. Key Responsibilities Commercial Finance: Own pricing strategy, margin analysis, and project/bid evaluations. FP&A Leadership: Lead the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning for Europe. Reporting: Deliver the monthly Business Performance Review (BPR) and maintain a consistent KPI framework. Business Partnering: Act as the primary finance partner for country leaders to drive value levers like productivity and mix. Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of analysts as the function scales. What We're Looking For Experience: 10+ years in FP&A/Commercial Finance, ideally in multi-country European environments. Sector Knowledge: Experience in project-based, services, or PE-backed organisations is a plus. Skills: Advanced Excel modeling and Power BI; ability to translate complex data into executive recommendations. Qualities: High ownership, comfortable with ambiguity, and strong influencing skills in matrix environments.
