**ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM**:
The Change & Implementation Manager is part of the Strategy & Business Operations team and will develop & deliver change, knowledge and information management programs that create awareness, engage end-users, drive adoption, and reinforce the value of International strategic initiatives. The Change & Implementation Manager will partner with worldwide leaders in Growth, Strategy, Program Management, Product/Build, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Data/Analytics to embed change capabilities and desire into the operating model of the business unit to facilitate results.

**RESPONSABILITIES**:

- Create, implement, and own transformation management strategies & tactics using a structured methodology to drive end-user awareness, desire, and ability.
- Create, implement, and maintain a knowledge management program that serves as a platform to reference information as well as reinforce change.
- Identify and deploy multiple communication types to productively engage stakeholders (synchronous and asynchronous)
- Support training & enablement efforts by providing input on training needs, managing training deployment as needed and creating training support documentation (e.g. sales enablement job aids)
- Gather stakeholder feedback and measure progress toward change satisfaction, quality, readiness and comfort
- Identify any end-user resistance to change; develop & execute plans to mitigate
- Build Transformation Management activities into Program Management plans to ensure program/project success

**SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE**:

- Drive business value and business outcomes through measurable change management and business transformation interventions, for both traditional and specialized deliveries (agile, ADKAR, Prosci, etc)
- Ability to understand & develop materials and messages to inform, engage, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Self-starter with a relentless work ethic and ability to lead through influence without a large supporting team of direct reports.
- Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights
- Thrives on ambiguity - comfortable working in an ambiguous and growing environment; builds & follows process, and has a bias toward execution.
- Fluent in English & Spanish, professional proficiency; exceptional written & verbal communication skills with ability to synthesize complex information.
