We are looking for a talented and motivated Genomics Laboratory Manager in Barcelona to
support all of our current and future R&D projects with a special focus on genomics and more
specifically cell-free RNA sequencing. As a fast-growing company, this offer comes with the thrill

**You should have**:
A degree in Biology or a related field.- A minimum of 3 years of molecular biology laboratory experience including managing or
- supervision responsibilities.- Experience with Next Generation Sequencing.
- High organizational and reporting skills.
- Good experimental laboratory skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive nature, and the ability to work independently

and as part of a high-performance team.

**What will give you extra points**:
Previous Laboratory Manager experience (including in an industry setting).- Experience in RNA handling, library preparation and RNA-seq.
- Experience in working with automated high throughput nucleic acid handling systems.
- Professional working proficiency in English.

**Your responsibilities**:
Operational tasks in the laboratory including equipment maintenance, ordering,
- managing shipments, and organization of laboratory materials.- Perform experiments using Flomics’ defined experimental pipelines.
- Assist researchers in different departments to execute scientific studies.
- Maintain documentation to ensure traceability and experimental reproducibility.
