**SANTANDER ONE EUROPE Digital Solutions **focuses on digital payment solutions, value added services and Open Banking opportunities, and the best way to bring these solutions to Santander’s digital channels.
- We are seeking for **One Europe Digital Solutions Junior **to join the Digital Solutions unit to participate in projects that will drive the digital transformation of Santander EU products and our relationship with customers. The Project Leaders achieve this by ensuring the implementation and coordination of the projects across the four countries, championing a collaborative operating model and culture and promoting the exchange of digital solutions’ best practices both internally and externally. Furthermore, Project leaders will conduct market research, participate in the building of our digital strategy and help increase our capabilities in this area in collaboration with PagoNxt, the rest of the Group and the external digital ecosystem.

**WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING**

As **One Europe Digital Solutions Junior **, you will **have the opportunity to support leading projects in key focus areas as digital Payments, value added services and Open Banking opportunities, and help push forward One Europe’s digital agenda **.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

- Developing a strategy, priorities and plan alongside senior manager using internal input, customer insights, market / competitor analytics and country priorities
- Managing an execution plan in collaboration with country stakeholders and squads
- Measuring impact and proposing initiatives based on learnings from analytics and customer feedback
- Communicating progress and next steps to country teams, ONE EUROPE Digital team and senior management
- Facilitating best practice sharing and adoption amongst countries through organizing sharing sessions and workshops

What we are looking for:

- Recent graduates or experienced professionals (1-5 years of experience) who are eager to make an impact and learn fast
- Passion and empathy for customers, creativity and courage to seek knowledge and insights
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, business acumen
- Able to organize self and others and manage priorities and time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to create powerful presentations and communicate effectively to diverse stakeholders
- Team-oriented and proactive, with a desire to contribute broadly as part of a team
- Fluent in English and Spanish

EXPERIENCE

A background in consulting, digital transformation and innovation would be desired (but not mandatory).
