One Europe: Technical Project Management Manager

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

**SGT&O is looking for a ONE EUROPE: TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT MANAGER based in our MADRID office.**

Our One Europe vision is to create a better bank, where our customers and our people feel a deep connection with Santander, while at the same time generating value for our shareholders and for society.

One Europe Transformation Office Senior Manager will manage and oversee transformation office activities (i.e. tracking and monitoring key objectives and results, running governance mechanisms and adoption and implementation action plans) in coordination with the delivery teams and other transformation colleagues across the countries.

One Europe Transformation Office Senior Manager will report directly to the One Europe Transformation Office Head.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **One Europe: Technical Project Management **Manager **you will be in charge of the following functions:

- Report to senior management at several levels
- Manage stakeholders at different levels
- Coordinate and influence decisions at different levels (teams and people)
- Discuss functional and technical solutions and new ways of working (i.e. Agile methodology) with different stakeholders and teams if required

EXPERIENCE
- 12 years+ of experience with technology
- Experience in IT deliveries (including managing teams and budget) and using agile methodologies
- Knowledge in Digital Transformation
- Experience in Digital Transformation, i.e. agile software development practices (Unit testing, Test driven development or CI/CD) or cloud public
- Experience of working in an Agile environment
- Experience in large transformations and/or integrations
- Experience in change management

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Ability to cope within an often pressurised and fast-moving environment
- Ability to effectively present technical and non-technical information to internal customers and senior management.
- Ability to facilitate work groups with a high degree of professionalism, work ethic and integrity.
- Ability to incorporate technical and business knowledge in the analysis of customer solutions.
- Ability to work productively with diverse teams.
- Ability to adapt to changes as they come.
- Ability to pinpoint a need and address it
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written communication)
- Being proactive and self-motivated
