Partner Support Account Manager- French IT Market

**In a typical day as Partner Support Account Manager, you would**:
- Manage partners “un-attended” deals, in line with the policies defined by HPE
- Manage possible price escalation requests
- Review, analyse and possible validation of OPG extension requests
- Communicate to partners of HPE procedures, re-direction of requests to distributors when appropriate
- Follow-up of the main opportunities on the renewal of the Installed Base (IB next)
- Manage Deal reg
- Manage information requests, or connect with distributors- Record of all requests from partners for analysis
- Product analyses and recommendations for improvement on the flow of processed requests
**If you are**
- French native speaker
- Fluent in English
- Good at partnering, innovating, and making things happen. You are aligned to our core values.
