**Job description**:
As part of Mantu’s growth, we are looking for a new talent within our marketing team.

Marketing at Mantu combines expertise and passion to reinforce, enhance, and broaden the brand’s visibility and recognition, through strategic campaigns, content creation, and transversal project management.

Starting on January 2025, you will join the team in Barcelona or Madrid as a Digital communications & Social Media Officer, reporting to our Senior social media manager and being part of a multicultural team with people based in various countries.

**✨** Your missions**

In this position, you will get a unique overview of the digital communications & social media management within Mantu.

Your responsibilities will involve:

- Manage Mantu's social media channels (primarily LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and more)
- Coordinate the social media presence for various Mantu brands and support our digital campaigns
- Adapt content and strategies to fit each media platform
- Create and manage content and articles for Mantu's websites
- Monitor and follow up our e-reputation
- Conduct benchmarking and explore new trends to implement
- Analyse social media performance to improve strategies
- Monitor competitor activities and stay updated on social media algorithm changes to keep strategies effective.

**Your profile**
- Currently pursuing studies in Business School, with a specialization in Marketing and/or Communication or in communication schools
- Strong interest about branding, social media management and marketing.
- Fast learner with a desire to get stuff done with urgency, accountability and precision
- Perfect oral and writing skills in professional English and French native
- Proactive and team player attitude; good organization and time management skills
