The Digital Communications director is responsible for developing and implementing the brand and digital communication strategy.

**What your responsibilities will be:
- Create a digital communications strategy and journey that sets the vision for internal and external communication platforms and channels.
- Identify an external partner to ensure the implementation of the goals of the digital communication strategy.
- Re-set web role in a global environment adapting formats and corporate narratives for different markets-company needs.
- Develop a digital channels plan to serve commercial needs, reputation, talent attraction and brand storytelling.
- Develop digital policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure all digital materials, platforms activations and marketing activities meet legal and ethical guidelines and are cohesive and in line with the brand communications objectives.
- Define governance for key platforms and channels.
- Set up and data monitor and analytics model.
- Manage and develop a corporate digital team, together with external partners that will implement the digital communication strategy.

**Requisitos**:

- 10+ years of relevant communications experience, preferred in regional or global jobs at multinational level.
- 5+ years in management positions, desingnig and implementing digital and brand strategies and projects. (experience in health sector)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Excellent communications acumen, to create and articulate an inspiring vision for the organization to create realistic goals and implementation plans that are achievable and successful.
- Ability to persevere in the face of challenges, and exhibit a steadfast resolve and relentless commitment to higher standards, which leads by example and drives the organization's performance with an attitude of continuous improvement.
