We are currently looking for **customer service teleoperators with English** **and Spanish**to join our team for our **Senior's Protection Emergency Central**in our offices in **Cornellà de Llobregat (Barcelona)**.

**Your duties**:
Tend to **Telecare (Teleasistencia)**alerts from our **English and Spanish**-speaking customers and distinguish between a real emergency and a false alarm. This allows us to implement the protocols and carry out the procedures established for their correct management, while giving a satisfactory response in the most efficient way to our customers

**W**hat are we looking for?**

People with an **advanced level of English and Spanish**, with experience of at least 6 months in customer service, with extensive communication skills, high problem-solving capacity, good stress management and clear customer orientation. Desire and motivation are essential
