**About the client**:
On this occasion, we are looking for a Customer Engagement & CRM Consultant for one of our more dynamic clients, a leader in Health and beauty industry who innovates as a pioneer in the production of highly complex products and advanced formulas with a very strong corporate culture, which is based on values as passion and innovation.

**Job description**:
The main tasks and objectives of the role is to contribute to the creation loyalty program by:

- Defining and coordinate the plan to roll-out the loyalty program in other geographies
- Developing an annual plan of benefits and experiences for countries where the program is launched based on consumer preferences and marketing objectives, maximizing scalability and ensuring seamlessness.
- Defining or suggesting standard types of benefits and experiences for Loyalty Program.
- Monitoring the implementation of experiences and define action plans to maximize redemption and consumer satisfaction with the program.
- Managing the relationship with Corporate Marketing team, local marketing teams, Public Relations and other relevant areas.
- Ensuring that each benefit is in line with the defined budget and monitor costs.
- Defining communication Journeys and monitor implementation of those as well as metrics.
- Suggesting functionalities to improve the digital product by maximizing target metrics.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, CRM, consulting, strategy or similar roles
- **Education**:

- Experience in digital projects highly valued
- Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, and Business school.
- **Languages**:

- Full Proficiency in English and Spanish
- **Competences**:

- highly organized
- Very proactive individual who takes ownership of their work
- Analytical thinking
- Detail oriented.
