Service Lifecycle Manager

***Your role in the team**

Atea Managed Services consists of more than 1300 employees in five countries, delivering managed services from the whole Hybrid IT spectrum to customers in the Nordics and Baltics. We offer a place to develop your expertise and where each day offers new challenges to solve together with your colleagues and customers. As a Service Lifecycle Manager, you are responsible for our core Service Lifecycle Process, from Service Pipeline to Service Archive. You have a business-focused mindset and work with our internal processes and use your ability to understand how our customers will benefit from your work.

You will be in the center all things related to service governance, in a fast paced and goal-oriented environment. We are all about digital transformation and enabling our customers with the right technologies and services to that end. You will work in close cooperation with Product Managers and Service Owner, making sure that we are able to leverage the right services through our dedicated sales teams.

**What are we looking for in you?**

Your personal characteristics are crucial to succeed in the role and to thrive at Atea. As a Service Lifecycle Manager you are a person who takes full responsibility for your tasks, structures your work independently and drives your processes forward. You work well both in teams and independently, and always have the customers, the company’s and the employees best in focus, where feedback and documentation in all levels is important. You have proven experience in Service Management. You are an excellent relationship creator and gives a trustworthy and credible impression when communicating with stakeholders at all levels in an organization.

**To succeed as a Service Lifecycle Manager you need**:

- Grit - mindset is of high importance
- A love for Change Management - we will never stop transforming
- Fluent English.
- At least 5 years of experience within the Service Governance area.
- Knowledge about common management frameworks and theories such as ITIL, IT4IT, Cobit, LEAN, Scrum, KanBan etc.
- Previous experience with Service Development.
