**Role Overview**:
We're seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Financial Controller to join our client's tech startup and play a pivotal role in its success. As the Financial Controller, you'll oversee accounting and financial operations, offer strategic insights through financial analysis, and ensure accurate financial forecasting, reporting directly to the CEO. **Responsibilities**:

- Managing the financial results of the business P&L and identifying risks and opportunities.
- Preparing financial statements and providing timely forecasts.
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date key financial metrics.
- Developing and maintaining relevant business analysis and KPI dashboards.
- Providing financial analytical insights based on reporting.
- Providing insightful analysis of monthly results for the executive team.
- Managing day-to-day accounting.
- Managing Accounts Receivable and Payables.
- Maintaining relationships with external finance accountants, banks, and tax advisors.
- Cash management, including Cashflow, Forecast, FX, Crypto management, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of significant and proven work experience in financial services, preferably in a startup or scale-up environment.
- Strong accounting background and demonstrated experience in managing billing and payment systems.
- Proven track record in financial management, forecasting, and analysis.
- Proficiency in financial software systems such as Holded, Payhawk, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in both personal work and others'.
- Innovative thinking and an inquisitive personality.
- Thorough understanding of Estonian corporate financial law.
- Experience with corporate governance practices.
- Fluent in English.
