Role Overview:
- You provide the tourists with full and high
- standard support during the refund transactions, customized on requirements and case.- You maintain the client experience at a high level as an important step of the customer journey.

What you will do:
- You offer refund services as well as 1st level support during refund processes, delivering a consistent and professional service in line with the current policies and procedures.

Who you are:
- min. 1 year working experience in a comparable position (finance industry, hospitality, retail luxury)- Experience in cash handling and relevant procedures- Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish- Arabic, Russian, Chinese are mostly welcomed.

What you will need to bring to planet:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in customer
- facing roles.- Reliability, you’re a team player, with a hands-on mentality
