**Sales Lead - AI EdTech Start-Up Fixing Maths Education**
Spain (preferred), or remote from EU/UK | €40-45k base + €15k variable + uncapped commission |

EQL EdTech is partnering with a fast-growing AI-powered education start-up on a mission to reverse the global decline in maths outcomes. With a tool that acts like a private tutor for students and a teaching assistant for teachers, the company is gaining strong traction with international schools, backed by fresh funding and exciting pilots.
We're now seeking an ambitious Sales Lead to oversee global school outreach, manage the sales process from initial contact to close, and contribute to the commercial growth of one of Europe’s most promising EdTech companies.
***What You’ll Do***:
As Sales Lead, you’ll be the face of this high-impact platform to schools and education leaders across Europe and beyond. You’ll:
- Lead outbound sales to schools and multi-academy groups
- Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure and onboarding
- Represent the company at international education events and conferences
- Build strategic partnerships with education providers and networks
- Share insights from the field to inform product and go-to-market strategies
- Lay the groundwork for a world-class sales function (strategy, systems, team)
**Requirements**:
***You’ll Thrive in This Role If You ***:
- Have 5+ years of overall work experience, including 3+ in sales (ideally B2B SaaS or education products)
- Are confident selling to school leaders, department heads, and education decision-makers
- Have a self-starter mindset and are comfortable without rigid processes
- Are excited by early-stage environments and love building things from scratch
- Care deeply about education and improving outcomes in maths
- Are a strong communicator who brings clarity and credibility to every conversation
- Want to be part of a purpose-driven company solving real-world problems with AI
