**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic sales professional to join our team as a European Sales Manager in the toy industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key retailers and distributors across various European markets. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth, increase market share, and ensure the successful distribution of our toys to target customers. **Principal Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our presence in the European toy market.
- Manage retailer and distributor relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors, acting as the main point of contact for their needs and requirements.
- Conduct market analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market developments.
- Provide product knowledge and training: Educate retailers and distributors about our toy products, features, and benefits through training sessions and presentations.
- Negotiate and secure contracts: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with retailers and distributors, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maximizing profitability.
- Monitor sales performance: Track sales performance and market share data, analyzing results to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and logistics teams to coordinate product launches, promotions, and inventory management.
- Attend industry events: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network with potential clients and stay updated on industry trends.
- Provide regular reports: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to communicate sales progress, market insights, and growth opportunities to management.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the toy industry or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Strong understanding of the European retail landscape and distribution channels.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market data.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Europe to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Fluency in English is essential, and additional European languages are a plus.
- Advanced collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Occasional travel as needed.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal).

Pay: 90,000.00€ - 125,000.00€ per year
