**The role**
The purpose of the Customer Onboarding Manager is to rollout new customers, to set up new accounts, to educate new and existing customers on using our products & services and to provide the best possible user experience. Apart from that your job would also require you to monitor the adoption of new customers during their first weeks of being live with us, being their point of contact for support and best practices sharing. This is a brand new position and an exciting opportunity for anyone wanting to start off in the mobility industry. In this role you are part of an international team that drives user adoption and activation across all B2B markets of Free Now for Business.
**Your profile**
We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Managers (COM) to help new and existing customers during their onboarding process. You would be the link between Sales and Customer Success and ensure that the customer experience is excellent and that the client is rolled out successfully, ensuring the proper setup of accounts and the usage of our platform. The implementation and adoption of new customers within your market falls under your responsibility and it is your product and customer centric expertise that sets up the customer for success. This also includes aligning with internal stakeholders and to lead onboarding projects when necessary to the fullest of the company's and customer's satisfaction.
Your day to day tasks include:

- Implementation and setup of product(s) for new customers, account creation, rollout strategy planning and alignment with the customer
- Ensuring the usage of our solution through targeted support and removal of roadblocks during the onboarding process
- Educating clients on our services, products and sharing best practices
- Working with other stakeholders and ensuring internal alignment for complex rollouts
- Recording and solving client issues, queries, and requests during onboarding period
- Conducting on-site client activation meetings when required.
**Qualifications**:
- 1+ years of experience in customer facing roles with B2B organisations, ideally in the tech industry
- Strong project management skills
- Self-organisation and being able to work with mínimal supervision and under pressure
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Empathy and customer centricity
- Data Driven mindset
- Fluent in English plus two of the following languages: Polish, Spanish, Italian ,or German
