**About the role**
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to support one of our key global FMCG clients. This role is perfect for someone coming from an agency background, experienced in managing digital and print/packaging campaigns. As an Account Manager, you’ll be the link between the client and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of projects while maintaining strong client relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, interpreting client briefs into actionable plans and ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Gain a deep understanding of clients’ business goals and challenges to provide strategic insights and solutions.
- Partner with the Account Director to prepare and present proposals, campaign plans, and performance reports.
- Support new business pitches and proposals by leveraging industry knowledge, production experience, and past campaign successes.
Campaign Development, Production, and Execution:
- Lead the development of digital and print/packaging campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring all elements are on brief, within budget, compliant with local requirements, and of the highest quality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative and strategy, to guarantee seamless project execution.
- Prioritize multiple projects across various brands in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Oversee the distribution of content across channels, collaborating with internal and external partners for maximum impact.
Communication and Presentation:
- Communicate regularly with clients, internal teams, and external production partners, providing project updates and ensuring alignment on goals and expectations.
- Present creative concepts and campaign results in a compelling and professional manner.
Campaign Analysis and Optimization:
- Leverage analytics and performance metrics to assess campaign and production success, making recommendations for optimization where needed.
- Identify opportunities for improvement across campaigns, implementing strategic changes to enhance overall performance and client satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in an agency environment, managing large global accounts, ideally in the FMCG sector.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, including social media, content, and performance-driven campaigns.
- Solid understanding of print and packaging production processes, ensuring brand consistency across physical and digital touchpoints.
- Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment, juggling multiple projects and priorities.
- A strategic mindset with a passion for delivering impactful creative work.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and an ability to optimize campaign performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Production, or a related field (ideal).
