**Job Description**:
**As a Payroll coordinator, **you will** **use most of your time focused on the management and development of the team you'll be assigned to and, at times, you will combine it performing tasks typically assigned to payroll officers.

You are a business partner to the organization participating actively with ideas to enhance the customer experience. You are also responsible for payroll accounting and for general payroll administration in your given scope and you also ensure all employees are paid in accordance to local laws and the Company established processing guidelines.

**In order to be successful in the role we believe you have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law or Master's in Human Resources Management, Management, Accountability or similar.
- No less than 5 years of experience in similar functions.
- Labor Law solid knowledge.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Proactivity.
- Teamplayer.

Additional Information

This is a Permanent position based in Barcelona. Starting date **as soon as possible.
