**About the role**

We're looking for a **Product Manager** to take the lead in building our new merchant portal. As the person responsible for **Merchant Experience**, your role involves creating a platform that's not only user-friendly and efficient but also forms the foundation for our team to launch new products and solutions. This isn't just about creating a portal; it's about laying the groundwork for innovative offerings that will make our platform an indispensable tool for businesses. Through your contribution, our solutions will empower merchants and drive the development of new, game-changing products in the fintech landscape.

**What you'll do**
- Building a New Portal: Create the blueprint for a new merchant portal that's intuitive and efficient. This isn't just a portal; it's the foundation for enabling other teams to offer new products and solutions to our merchants.
- Customer Experience: Work on creating seamless, positive experiences for our merchants, aiming to enhance their interaction with our products and services.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with multiple cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineering, Growth, Risk, Legal, and Onboarding.
- Product Expansion: Drive the expansion and development of our product offerings to offer more value to our merchants.
- Feedback and Improvement: Listen to merchant feedback and use it to improve our portal and the overall merchant experience. Strive for continuous improvement in all aspects of our product offering.

**What you’ll need**
- Prior experience in product management roles, preferably in tech or online consumer sectors, focusing on customer/merchant experience.
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams and launching user-centric tools or products.
- Strong understanding of how to create exceptional digital user experiences and interfaces.
- Strong analytical abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication skills, with a command of English.
- Proactive and accountable attitude, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills.
- A desire to learn and grow, with a passion for driving change and delivering top-tier customer experiences.
