We’re looking for a Content Marketing Associate on the Global Marketing team to support the coordination of our content across the globe. As part of this role, you will manage the organization of existing content to support the needs of our sales teams and partners around the world, work with stakeholders to manage the translation and localization of Edpuzzle’s marketing materials to support growth in various markets, and play a crucial role in keeping digital and printed content updated on an ongoing basis. **Responsibilities**:

- Manage workflows, tools and processes to lead translations to support the growth of Edpuzzles internationally
- Share resources and materials following Edpuzzle’s brand guidelines and quality standards with the internal team, our partners and external stakeholders
- Implement and execute a process to organize and share all marketing assets provided in different languages with Edpuzzle’s regional teams
- Support content team with audits of existing content including webpages, PD certifications, video tutorials, and marketing assets to ensure they are kept up-to-date with new product features and messaging
- Performs other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 to 2 years of experience working in a marketing role
- Proficient/bilingual level of English and Spanish
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong prioritization, organization, detail orientation and project management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and independence in carrying out assigned tasks
- Team-player: you look for ways to learn from & help your teammates and partners
- Unintimidated by new technology & quick to pick up new skills

**Bonus Skills**
- Previous experience with remote teams
- Experience working with tech tools such as Asana or Notion
- Previous teaching or educational experience
- Experience working in tech companies
- Able to speak and write in other languages
