**Role Purpose**:

- As a **Chip Development Systems Engineering Manager**, you will be required to deliver Model-Based Systems Engineering requirements, models, and solutions in the O-RAN compliant chip development projects.
- It is expected that the systems requirements and the underlying systems engineering models and design solutions will reference both proprietary and open-source platforms (in both hardware and software domains) and ideate and develop leading-edge solutions with distinct value proposition that offer higher performance and power efficiencies and lower TCO that match or exceed current RAN incumbent OEMs.
- You will be expected to lead the team of system engineers to perform system engineering functions in an agile manner, documenting systems engineering requirements and models based on industry standard requirements development and modelling methodologies.
- You will also contribute to the hardware and software development processes to ensure the system engineering models are consistent with the underlying design of the target hardware and software platform.
- You will work with key business stakeholders to produce systems engineering requirements to form the basis for the overall system engineering framework and system level design models.

**What you bring**:

- 5+ years of experience in 5G/4G RAN technologies and the underlying protocol stacks and mobile networks
- 5+ years of experience in a system engineering discipline with emphasis towards chip development (integrated hardware and software functions). Successful lead of International Programmes in very complex environment.
- Understanding of hardware description languages (VHDL, Verilog, etc.) and chip development processes
- Experience in delivering RFI/RFP/RFQ management and evaluation.
- Experience of working with an agile methodology and experience on Agile Lifecycle Management tools (Jira, etc.)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to balance and resolve conflicts of interest
- Deep Process Engineering and Planning skills
