Come and join us to create the future together The **Business Engineer MSH** has the following responsibilities: - Build Software Engineering Pool Backlog, perform resource analysis and allocation - Monitoring performance on Software Engineering Pool resources in destination teams - Coach and support engineers under your squad overseeing their performance and support on their continues growth withing our Pool - Support on the definition of best processes and procedures within pool team to serve our business needs, in terms of agility and cost efficiency - Support on the execution University Málaga Agreement for co-innovation programmes - Drive the creation and maturity of community of engineering practices in Software Engineering **What you bring?** - Bachelor’s degree (or similar) in a business-related and/or technology field or relevant professional experience - Proven track record in understanding business requirements, designing and implementing backlog of resources to match with business demand - Producing clear documentation and illustrative diagrams for Software Engineering Pool processes - Comfortable in fast-paced, agile environments and proactively working collaboratively with stakeholders from different departments and functions. - Strong marketing, stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills - Ability to work under high pressure - Excellent ability to verbally communicate, express self and explain situations. - Excellent relationship building.
